Pune. Pioneer Technologies was founded in the year 2006 with a vision to provide training in the field designing like mechanical CAD & Electrical CAD.
Pioneer CAD and Design Solutions Pvt. Ltd was founded in the year 2015 with a vision to provide engineering services to various OEM’s and Tier 1 companies for design & development, deputation and placement activities. I have worked on Automotive Chassis like Automotive Frame and Vehicle aggregate Packaging for HCV and LCV. Have expertise in CAD tool in Sheetmetal and Casting Domain and Product Design.
I was associated with TATA MOTORS for 10+ Years and 6+ Years with other Automotives & Home Appliances Industries. I have trained more than 600+ engineering graduates on CAD tool as per industry requirements.

My career began at TATA Motors as a Design Engineer, where I honed my skills in automotive design. Subsequently, I transitioned to TATA Technologies, further enriching my expertise in CAD and engineering solutions.
In 2016, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by establishing Pioneer CAD & Design Solution Pvt Ltd in Pune. Leveraging my skills and experience, we provided CAD services to prominent companies such as Whirlpool, TATA, Magna Seating, Magna International, and Eka Mobility. In 2022, we expanded our presence by establishing another branch in Nagpur.
Throughout our entrepreneurial ventures, we successfully provided CAD services to 15 prominent companies and established a strong industry presence. Our specialization lies in providing training and placement services for individuals aspiring to pursue a career in Design, contributing to the growth and development of the industry.
